Some say that the Self does not exist - others preach that it does. Whatever you call it, I now know it's inside me.
The Self? How?
It's simple, but not easy for most of us. Remove all that is not you and you will be the one left. Realize what doesn't belong and gets in the way inside. And you will come home.
The heart, awareness and vigilance are compass on your journey. Remember, nothing is impossible for those who carries will in the heart 🤘
In the middle there is just stillness and power. The rest is life energy.
